Work on your business, not in your business

I am reminded today again that to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset and to grow your business, you need to work on your business, and not within your business.

There are opportunities aplenty and everyone who wants to do so can do well - all it needs is a commitment to do so, and willingness to work outside your comfort zone. Yes, there is an element of luck involved but that's like all things.
