BPM and SOA

BPM (Business Process Management) is the next buzzword around. Along with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Enterprise Architecture.

Didn't quite get to finish this blog, but essentially what it is about is the move from simply providing IT Outsourcing services to Business Process Outsourcing services. BPR efforts aimed at simply becoming lean. BPO takes it out altogether.

This is all part of the Virtual Organisation business model, but is only now realising at larger enterprises and corporates.
